HOW SHOP N' SHIP WORKS

How it works

MacSpeedys Online Shop-n-Ship service is designed to give you an affordable alternative for shipping from the USA and UK. Here’s how to use the Online Shop-n-Ship service:

STEP 1

Sign up as a MacSpeedy’s customer.

STEP 2

Shop for whatever you want on Amazon, eBay, Burberry, Debenham’s, or wherever else you might fancy.

STEP 3

When you place your order, send it to: [Your Name & MS#], followed by our UK or South Africa address. You can find your MS# on the “My Account” page. If shipping from the USA, use the USA ID found on the "USA Shipments" page. After ordering, remember to register the parcel's tracking number given by your supplier, on the page.

STEP 4

When we have received your goods, you will receive a notification of their arrival in our facility.

STEP 5

We will provide you with updated tracking information from the point of arrival in the warehouse to delivery TO YOUR DOOR by one of our staff.

  • For shipments originating in the USA, it is essential to register the tracking number of your parcel on our website through the USA shipments page. A login will be required to complete this process. You will receive a notification upon the arrival of your shipment at our shipping partner’s depot. Please note that shipments from the USA currently take approximately 2-3 weeks due to recent enhancements made with our shipping partners.
  • MacSpeedy’s has been in operation since March, 2014, when we started with one bike and one driver, delivering errands locally within Lusaka.
  • In the case that you are not able to see your USA address displayed on our platform or if you encounter any issues while trying to locate it, please do not hesitate to contact us for further assistance. We are here to help you resolve any problems you may face.
  • Yes, MacSpeedy’s is VAT registered. For details on VAT, you can contact our accounts department: accounts@macspeedys.com.
  • Registering is easy with MacSpeedy’s. Simply go to our sign-up page here, and fill in your details including address, e-mail and phone. Once you’ve registered, you are ready to ship!
  • We strive to respond at least within 24 hours to any e-mail inquiries. However, if for some reason you have not received a response in that amount of time, please call the international department directly to follow up on your shipment: 0967-805-382 or 0962-111-787.
  • Business accounts are handled through our accounts department: accounts@macspeedys.com. Contact us or one of our sales representatives, and we will meet with you to get to know your business needs, anticipated volume, etc. Then, we’ll prepare a service contract and enter you into our business account database.
